2. About Rise N Shine Group

Rise N Shine Group provides cleaning, gardening, property care, Airbnb Co-Host and related services.

Our current public service boundaries are:

• Full advertised services in Esperance, subject to availability.
• Commercial cleaning only in Kalgoorlie unless Rise N Shine confirms otherwise in writing.
• NDIS Cleaning Support in Esperance only.

Service availability may depend on the property, location, requested work, staffing and agreed service arrangements.

3. Website information

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. However:

• Website content is general information.
• Service availability and pricing must be confirmed.
• Images are illustrative and may not depict the exact service or result.
• Website content does not constitute professional, medical, financial or NDIS funding advice.

We may update website content without notice.

4. Enquiries, quotes and bookings

Submitting a contact form, quote request or NDIS Cleaning Support enquiry:

• Is an enquiry only.
• Does not guarantee availability.
• Does not create a confirmed booking.
• Does not create a service agreement or operational job.
• Does not require Rise N Shine to accept the requested work.

A service becomes confirmed only when Rise N Shine expressly accepts it through an agreed quote, booking confirmation or service agreement.

A quote is based on the information available at the time and remains valid for any period stated in the quote. If the property condition, access requirements or work requested differ materially from the information supplied, we will discuss any revised scope or price before proceeding.

Any service-specific payment, cancellation, access, safety or rescheduling conditions will be provided in the applicable quote, booking confirmation or service agreement.

5. NDIS Cleaning Support

Rise N Shine provides household cleaning support enquiries for NDIS participants in Esperance.

Unless independently confirmed otherwise, website references to NDIS Cleaning Support do not represent that Rise N Shine is:

• An NDIS registered provider.
• An official or approved NDIS provider.
• Affiliated with the NDIA or NDIS.
• Guaranteeing that a service will be covered by NDIS funding.

Service availability, payment arrangements and any use of plan funding must be confirmed for each person's circumstances.

NDIA-managed funding can only be accepted where the applicable provider requirements have been independently satisfied.

Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, NDIS participant numbers, copies of an NDIS plan or other unnecessary sensitive documents through the website.

6. Information you provide

You agree that information submitted through the website will, to the best of your knowledge, be accurate and lawful.

You must not:

• Impersonate another person.
• Submit information without appropriate authority.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the website.
• Attempt to access administrative systems without authorisation.
• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

7. Administrative access

The Admin Portal is restricted to authorised Rise N Shine users.

The public Admin Portal link does not grant access to administrative information. Authentication and applicable role permissions remain required.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls or access accounts, records or functions for which you are not authorised.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, branding, written material, photographs, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Rise N Shine Group.

You may view and print website content for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, modify or commercially exploit website content without permission, except where allowed by law.

Third-party names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
